Steve Chen Biography

Steve Chen’s friendly personality and his overall interest in the general real estate market led to his association with Exit Kingdom Realty.  Steve is not motivated by commissions or quick transactions, but rather the fact that he can provide the upmost professional services to his clients starting with the skills of listening and understanding the needs and wants of each and every one of his client.    Steve was raised in a family that instilled honesty, loyalty, respect and hard work into his character. 
 
As a Certified Public Accountant with the State of New York, naturally he is accustomed to the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards.  Steve has worked for one of the biggest accounting firms in the world as well as some small private companies both in the US and in China. 
 
Steve is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate, whom specializes in the buying and selling of Co-ops, Condos, Single & Multi-Family Houses.  Steve is a member of the Long Island Board of REALTORS® and he is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Fujianese.
