Every Real Estate agent must abide by what we know in the industry as an Acronym called OLDCAR. This stands for obedience, loyalty, disclosure, confidentiality, accountability, and reasonable care. I take it a step further, I believe that honesty is the best policy and that the golden rule should be honored which, is to treat others as you would have them do unto you.
How are you doing? My names Sean Brady and I’ve been studying markets for over ten years. I started working as a Property Management Intern in Philadelphia and quickly saw that anyone doing a transaction involved with Real Estate should not only have an experienced team like EXIT behind them but, someone with integrity as well when going through the transaction process. My experience isn’t just in residential property management either. After, graduating from Drexel University with a finance degree I worked for Tishman Speyer, a titan in the commercial real estate side of the industry.
I’ve worked with a lot of people in this industry which includes Property Managers, Building Engineering’s, Fire Safety Directors, Electricians, Carpenters, and Construction Workers. Having someone experienced in spotting irregularities during a walk through and following the regular checklist for a transaction process can be the difference between saving and losing thousands of dollars. Whether you need help just finding a home, buying a home, or selling a home, I can serve you. I work to get the best deals for my clients whether they are buyers or sellers. I understand how to value, negotiate, and most importantly know when to walk away from a bad deal. Please give me a call and let’s get you what you want the right way. I am not just great in servicing you before the sale but, after as well.
